About

The elevator speech. Everyone should have one. I don’t. Results are what matter.

I’m a Web strategist. I am not a designer, although I can talk to them. I am not a programmer, although I can talk to them. I make friends, and I am one.

What I do is take business plans and make them come alive online.

I find the talent, prepare briefs, site map, create wireframes, write content, and manage the development throughout the project lifecycle and beyond. I look to create user experiences and conversions. I want everyone to be happy. As an aside, and don’t ask me why, but I am a search fanatic. Matt Cutts is my hero.

If you want the boring stuff, you can view my LinkedIn page. I have 99 connections. If you would like to add me to your network, I could break 100. I am doing far worse on Facebook, at only around 80 friends. But I am selective and it feels weird friending and being friended by people you barely know. On the other hand, social networks are a tremendous business tool.

I’ve lived and worked in major markets around the world and have been lucky to have a global clientelle. I am a firm believer that location is not important. I’ve sat next to people in offices and had them email me instead of turning around in their chair to chat. And, I’ve worked with people that I’ve never met face-to-face that have become some of my closest business contacts and personal friends.

Other than that, I’m a fairly nice person and I don’t kick small dogs.
